Privacy Policy

1. Bluesky Integration
By using Enscripr., you inherently agree to the Bluesky Privacy Policy. We utilize their decentralized architecture to manage your profile and authentication securely.

2. What We Store
To run the "Scribery" community feeds, Fundamental Distinctions LLC stores only the data strictly necessary for our application: your Decentralized Identifier (DID), cryptographic hashes verifying your authorship, and the image/text content of the posts generated directly through our canvas.

3. What We Do Not Store
We do not store your Bluesky passwords (authentication is handled securely via OAuth). Furthermore, your raw kinematic stroke data and biometric inputs are used strictly for real-time rendering and liveness verification. We do not permanently store or sell your biometric usage patterns.

4. Analytics & Crash Reporting
To improve platform stability and performance, we utilize standard telemetry tools including Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. These services collect anonymized, non-personally identifiable diagnostic data (such as app crash logs, error traces, and general device information) to help us identify and fix bugs. This telemetry is strictly used for engineering diagnostics and is never linked to your Bluesky profile or your biometric input data.

5. Strictly Necessary Cookies
Enscripr uses "Strictly Necessary Cookies" (specifically, secure HttpOnly session cookies) to facilitate the OAuth login process and keep you securely authenticated with the Bluesky network while you draft and publish posts. We do not use cookies for cross-site tracking, advertising, or behavioral profiling. Because these cookies are technically essential for the platform to function securely, they cannot be disabled.

6. Data Deletion
If you wish to have your Enscripr-generated data removed from our specific database indexes, please email support@enscripr.app. (Note: Because Bluesky is a public, decentralized protocol, deleting data from Enscripr does not automatically scrub it from the global AT Protocol network).
