1. Platform Integration
Because Enscripr. leverages Bluesky (Bsky.app) and the AT Protocol for authentication and network integration, by using Enscripr, you inherently agree to be bound by the Bluesky Terms of Service.
2. Data Rights & Storage
You agree to allow Enscripr. and Fundamental Distinctions LLC to store your Decentralized Identifier (DID) and the content related to posts generated from our platform in order to curate our community feeds.
3. Acceptable Use & Moderation
Enscripr reserves the right to moderate, hide, or revoke access to our specific platform interfaces, posts, and curation feeds if a user engages in unlawful behavior, abuse, harassment, or violates the spirit of authentic human expression.
4. "As-Is" Service
This service is provided "AS-IS" by Fundamental Distinctions LLC without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for service interruptions or content generated by third-party users.
